Rental Fees

The following fees are on a 24 hour day/daily basis.

Return Inspections

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. If an item is missing upon return a fee of $100 will be charged to your room. Such items include, but are not limited to: battery chargers, baskets, drink holders, outer shells and seating.

If an item is damaged you will be charged based upon the condition of the equipment for repairs or replacement. This amount is variable and can possibly exceed your initial deposit requirement of $250.00.

Please note that if the equipment is returned and a Cardinal Mobility Representative is not present for a return inspection, it is determined that the condition of the item when met by a Cardinal Mobility Representative is the condition the item was returned by guest. For your own protection it is best to make sure to return all items during our normal hours of operation to ensure a proper return inspection is processed.

A credit card will be required for all equipment reservations. The credit card will reserve your rental from being given out prior to your arrival.
